Zhoutouzui Project

Strategically located at the converging point of three estuaries of the Pearl River in the city centre of Guangzhou, the Zhoutouzui site measures approximately 84,000 sq.m. It is envisaged that 4 luxury high rise condominum towers will be developed together with 2 premiere grade luxuary serviced apartment towers. The total above ground development area is approximately 212,000 sq.m. The towers will be strategically aligned to allow panaramic vistas across the 3 estuaries of the Pearl River.
