Located in the core of the Tian He district (CBD) of Guangzhou, the site which measures approximately 6,057 sq.m. and which is about 150metres from the landmark buiding of Tian He district (CBD) of Guangzhou,CITIC Plaza, is situated along the central axis of Guangzhou. Under the current plan, a 50-storey commercial and 42-storey hotel building (with 6 levels of basement) with a total gross floor area of 113,031 square meters will be developed on the site.
